Who we are
Thank you for visiting canardanalytics.com. Privacy is very important to us and we take your privacy seriously. The aim of this page is to explain our approach to your privacy and how this affects you.
Our website address is: https://canardanalytics.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Canard Analytics uses the Facebook Comments comment engine to provide readers with a way to leave and read comments on the site. To be able to leave comments, you have to create an account at Facebook, and sign in. This means Facebook will know if you're signed in, and theoretically could know if you visit this site.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms on the website are built using the default Django Framework. Messages sent through a contact form are saved to the server and accessible to the site admin. The server stores the submission data collected through contact forms, which may include the submitters’ personal information, in the database on the server that hosts the website.
A cookie is a small amount of data which is sent to your browser from a website’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies can be used to provide you with a tailored user experience and to make it easier for you to use a website upon a future visit. We may include cookies on canardanalytics.com and use them to recognize you when you return to our website. You may set your browser so that it does not accept cookies; however, you may need to enable cookies on your web browser if you wish to access certain personalized features of our Services. Cookies are a form of Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Please visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org/ and https://cookies.insites.com/disable-cookies/ for more information on how you can disable some or all cookies.

We use this quantitative statistical information gathered to make improvements to our website and to better serve our users. This information is never shared with any third party. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.
